In KPanel I noticed that the button on the right which is used to
minimize the panel can be moved around (using middle mouse-button
or the context-menu).
If I minimize the panel then the remaining button can also be dragged
around on the entire screen (independent of which button was pressed to
minimize).
The same goes for the minimized menubar (with K-menu, window-list and
the KDisk-Navigator). It can be moved by clicking on its borders.

I think all those things should rather be unmovable.
