I found a second krusaderrc file, though!  My old one is in ~/.kde/share/config
but the new one is in just ~/.config.  It is loading its stuff.  But, as I
said, the compare is coming out all wrong.  Listing files I filtered and not
listing files I know to be changed.  Last version I had that worked was 2.0.0. 
I might just have to go get that one.
