Hi 

Thanks for looking into this.  I will try and upgrade as you suggest.

I should have added that kaffine was getting the title info (in addition to the
 schedule) exactly as expected until I upgraded to Ubuntu's latest LTS release. 

I will let you know if the newer version resolves the issue.
