Appeared window after running "kcmshell5 webshortcuts" command on terminal

I have installed "kde-cli-tools" and I can use kcmshell5 now. I have run
"kcmshell5 webshortcuts" and I have obtained this message with a window in the
attachment

(kcmshell5:2343): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:2554:8: not a
number

(kcmshell5:2343): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:2554:17: Using
Pango syntax for the font: style property is deprecated; please use CSS syntax
org.kde.kurifilter-ikws: Keywords Engine: Loading config...
org.kde.kurifilter-ikws: Web Shortcuts Enabled: true
org.kde.kurifilter-ikws: Default Shortcut: "python"
org.kde.kurifilter-ikws: Keyword Delimiter: :

Then, I have added a new website for web shortcuts in appeared window but I
couldn't add it into Okular. Still, nothing happens after I have clicked
"Configure Web Shortcuts" button in Okular.
