            Bug ID: 393691
Summary: Pen keys + touch does not work
           Product: krita
           Version: 4.0.1
          Platform: MS Windows
                OS: MS Windows
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: tablet support
          Assignee: krita-bugs-null@kde.org
          Reporter: felheartx@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Hello,
I was told to report a bug here with this information:
Krita
  Version: 4.0.1
OS Information
  Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-llp64
  Build CPU: x86_64
  CPU: x86_64

Krita does not respond correctly to the space button when it is mapped to the
button of a wacom pen.

I will list what works, and then what I'm doing, and then what doesn't work so
everyone can easily follow along:

- Open Krita and create an image. Hold down spacebar, cursor turns into a hand,
now when you click with the mouse and hold and then move the mouse, the canvas
will pan around. So far, everything is working as intended.

- Now I want to do the same thing by putting the spacebar button on a pen
button on the pen of my wacom tablet:

- Open wacom driver dialog. Set the lower button of the pen to press the
spacebar. Open notepad or chrome or whatever and confirm that it's working (it
is, you can even press buttons with that as if you'd hit spacebar on the
keyboard. all good).
Now open Krita, create image, press and hold down that pen button (which was
mapped to space). The cursor correctly turns into a hand icon. Now when you
touch the pen to the tablet *nothing happens*!
It should at least turn into that "grabbing hand" thing like it does with
mouse+keyboard, but it doesn't.
Moving the pen around (while still holding down the mapped space button on the
pen and still touching it to the tablet) does nothing, it does not move the
canvas.

Additional information that is likely pretty interesting:

- When I go to the window in Krita where they canvas settings are and expand
"PAN CANVAS" and then set new keys for it. Then it actually works there.
You know the tiny window where you click on it to set a key-combo and then
press the key and that gets registered? That actually works. I press the "none"
with the pen, and then it starts listening, and when I press the button on my
pen it actually says "Space" correctly.

- As I said above, when pressing the pen button it even turns the cursor into a
hand, but touching+dragging won't work.

- Pressing the "space" key on the pen, and then moving the mouse also does not
work.

- Pressing space on the keyboard and then touching and dragging with the pen
does not work either.

- Drawing with a normal brush works fine with the pen and the mouse with no
problems. Pressure sensitivity also works fine when drawing.

Tablet is a wacom intous.
Windows 7.
Newest driver from the wacom website. It says "DRIVER VERSION: 6.3.29-6".

I hope that is enough information.
Let me know if now.
