Per Allan Sandfeld Jensen, would be nice for kdesrc-build documentation to
improve regarding the configuration steps that should be taken outside of
kdesrc-build to ensure that features like KScreen and polkit-qt-1 work
properly.

This would apply to both the kdesrc-build Docbook documentation and the
"Building from Source" wiki docs.

The differences might be different for those installing to a $HOME-based pr=
efix
(without sudo) and for those installing onto the system (/usr/local or
otherwise).
