Basically, you need to open libs/ui/input/wintab/qxcbconnection_xi2.cpp, go to
function QXcbConnection::xi2SetupDevices() and check:

1) If this function is ever called
2) What happens in this function

Just a wild guess: the most probable reason for absence of the pressure with
your driver is that it doesn't send XI_HierarchyChangedMask and
XI_DeviceChangedMask events, which triggers tablet device rescan in Krita.
