I tracked that down for Latte and also the Activity Pager. For Latte has
nothing to do with Qt & Wayland. It is a faulty use of PlasmaWindowManagement.

I dont know of course if this is also the case for kate, does kate internally
use PlasmaWindowManagement somehow?
