Yes, that is the same issue. I see the same symptoms including that fact that
memory seems to go "missing" until you kill plasmashell. Other applications are
apparently leaking memory as well, so after about 10 days of usage (I never
reboot my system unless I have to, only suspend) the system will crash due to
OOM.
