Hi,
I've the same issue on Gentoo with LibreOffice 6.0.0.3 00m0(Build:3) - No menu.
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kde4 does not help.

But the worst think is that I'm not able to switch it off. I have no menubar
options in systemsettings as shown there:
