Widget Style Settings with missing global menu option

I decided to move my task bar to the left of my screen, which made global m=
enus
not work for me. But when I tried to disable it I came to realize that the
options to do so were missing (see attached screenshot).

Thus I'm unable to disable the global menu. Has it been moved somewhere els=
e?
