They are actually respecting the user color settings - it=E2=80=99s just th=
at they were
not designed to work with white text (it=E2=80=99s fine I go to the KDE col=
or settings
and change the theme=E2=80=99s =E2=80=98view text=E2=80=99 color to somethi=
ng else). Seems to be
somewhat common across some older software (e.g. same happens with parts of=
 WPS
office, for example).

There are also other applications that sometimes seem to put BreezeDark=E2=
=80=99s black
text against a not-entirely-black background (e.g. RStudio=E2=80=99s toolba=
rs, both the
background and the text taken from KDE color settings), for example.
