Your test image is recognized here with exact match (camera and lens). Because
of the LensFun version you can also look under digiKam-> Help-> Component Info.
You can also try the pre-release AppImage from digiKam-5.8.0. Make file
executable and start, nothing is installed and all current settings are used.
