We need to split this bug up so we can track. I'll help with your list

As for the rest:

I don't think that's reported.. Check against the product kwin and report
there.

Fixed with newer Qt (5.10).

There's a bug reported in kwin somewhere. Though I didnt' think it happened on
wyaland.

the titlebar is reported elsewhere, though again I think newer Qt fixes it.
