            Bug ID: 384235
           Summary: [Icon request] notifications-enable and
                    notifications-disable for group chat client
           Product: Breeze
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Icons
          Assignee: visual-design@kde.org
          Reporter: hein@kde.org
                CC: kainz.a@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

For the UI rewrite of Konversation I would like to have two new icons
representing the concepts "Enable notifications" and "Disable notifications".

They would be used to toggle notifications for a particular chat/room, as seen
in many other IM/chat applications these days.

They would likely be used on a button bar together with the existing
"network-connect" and "network-disconnect" icons, and should visually fit well
with them.

While I don't want to bias the design process, many applications use a bell
icon that gets a diagonal strikethrough for disabling, e.g. in Discord, which
has a similar scope and function as Konversation.
