            Bug ID: 381833
           Summary: virtual keyboard gets state-confused
           Product: kscreenlocker
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: breeze-theme
          Assignee: plasma-bugs@kde.org
          Reporter: sitter@kde.org
                CC: bhush94@gmail.com, mgraesslin@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

when hiding the virutal keyboard through its hide button the 'Virtual Keyboard'
button doesn't seem to notice that it was hiden resulting in a double-hide.

master + Qt 5.9.0

- click 'Virtual Keyboard' button to show keyboard
- hide keyboard using the hide keyboard button in the lower right corner of the
keyboard
- keyboard hides
- click 'Virtual Keyboard' to show keyboard again
- layout of the lock screen biefly seems to adjust a bit. scooting everything
down to get to default spacing again
- keyboard does not show at this point.
- click 'Virtual Keyboard' again
- this time the keyboard properly shows up

What is most peculiar is that the green indicator light on the keyboard icon is
correctly turned off upon clicking the hide button, so it knows to some degree
that the keyboard is hidden.
