This is distro-specific and perhaps related to gpg packages, I also observed it
on KUbuntu. Unfortunately I was not able to find a solution yet.
What happens internally is that gpgme_op_encrypt always returns
GPG_ERR_CANCELED as if user has pressed Cancel in password dialog.
