Thanks for the comments, should be handled in attached v3 patch.
For what concerns function names etc, I have (tried to more) systematically
use a prefix (such as XT_, or XT_Memory or XT_massif_... followed by
operation in lower case. This style is somewhat inspired from
pub_tool_hashtable.h
and pub_tool_oset.h (even if there, the style was not systematically applied).
Documentation has also been updated.
