geometry for applets is not available from the desktop scripting console.

one thing that may be changed is the position at creation time.
the api would be something like
desktopsArray[j].addWidget("org.kde.plasma.digitalclock", 200, 300);
 (doesn't exist yet, but could be eventually added)
