I go into the brush engine to edit custom brush settings, change the name and
click "save to presets" and nothing happens. The test remains italic to
indicate it is unsaved and the custom brush is not added to my brush presets
menu. I am using the "deevad C3d Full blending soft" brush head as a base and
changing brush size to 200px with overlay mode on and trying to save it as "BR
2" blender" 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Krita
2.Create new project
3.attempt to create custom brush head with deevad C3d Full blending soft as
base

Actual Results:  
won't let me save

Expected Results:  
should let me save
