Filing bugs for icons on bugzilla is fine, just the Usability flag is not
needed. Any bugs in the Breeze product get assigned to the VDG mailing list by
default (as far as I know, if not then that should be changed), so the VDG will
notice them.
Usability bugs go to the usability mailing list. Even though there is some
overlap between the two, the usability flag is definitely not the correct way
to reach the visual and icon designers.
