Sometimes the project file begins to have &lt; tags instead of "<" sign. Also
there is "<?xml version="1.0"?>" in the middle of the project. The main bin
playlist also has some weird customeffects parameters.
This often corrupts the file and makes the project reopening impossible
And this often breaks the timeline objects like clips and transitions

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deepen in some video editing project
2. Eventually you will see html tags in the project file
3.

Actual Results:  
 <playlist kdenlive:customeffects="&lt;customeffects/>&#xa;" id="main bin">
  <property name="kdenlive:customeffects">&lt;?xml version="1.0"?>
&lt;customeffects/>

Expected Results:  
Correctly edited xml file
