as written in in gtkrc-2.0:
# If you do not want KDE to override your GTK settings, select
# Appearance -> Colors in the System Settings and disable the checkbox
# "Apply colors to non-KDE4 applications"

after then my gtkrc-2.0 only contains: "gtk-alternative-button-order = 1"

solved it for me for gimp and inkscape: white text in black background, when I
use breeze for gtk-apps
