This is a known issue that will be fixed in Ark 15.12.1. As a temporary
workaround, please remove the spaces from the archive's filename. Then Ark
15.12 will be able to open the archive again.

Please update your archlinux Ark package to version 15.12.0-2, that should make
Ark able to open RAR archives again. If this update does not fix it, please
tell me.
