I'm sorry but I'll have to blame this to graphics driver/Qt, we don't really
control the rendering and there is nothing we can do about it, sorry.

You can try running plasma with either

QSG_RENDER_LOOP=basic

or

QSG_RENDER_LOOP=threaded

and see if one of these fixes it.
