It's getting assigned duplicates because it happens for a hell lot of users
which all report it against systemsettings and Christoph correctly marks them
as (direct) dupe for this one (in a batch process eg. once a week)

Those posts are folded by default in bugzilla.

The bug itself is in the plasma QML components (or QtQuick itself), central
report is bug #345660 - one must doubt it's actually fixed.
