Description of problem:
Sometimes, when you connect an USB mass storage drive you can experience the
following KDE Plasma behaviours:
- the removable devices panel popup does not popup;
- you get a popup of notifications and status summary instead of removable
devices summary;
- you don't get any popup, you only see the removable devices icon appearing on
the panel. If you click on the little arrow that should show other icons, you
instead get the removable devices summary popup that you did not get
previously. I recorded a video about this point https://youtu.be/7Z4Rm-j5hx0 In
at the beginning I connect to the computer an USB drive.
