I'm having a similar issue after updating to Fedora 22 (using fedup)
running KDE. I've tried both CSSH version 3.28 compiled from source
and also version 4.02.03-2 (fc21 rpm).

My issue was happening yesterday when I just click on the CSSH window,
but today I'm noticing it also happens when I close the CSSH window
(with the X in the corner). Causes some sort of issue with kwin
where windows can no longer be moved or resized. I have to kill
kwin and restart it (or logout and back in) to regain access to my
windows.

Fedora release 22 (Twenty Two)
kf5-kwindowsystem-5.11.0-1.fc22.x86_64
kwin-5.3.1-2.fc22.x86_64
kwin-libs-5.3.1-2.fc22.x86_64
Qt: 4.8.6
KDE Development Platform: 4.14.9
kde4-config: 1.0

I've started kwin from commandline after it crashes and here's
the error that comes out when I try to click on a window after
this odd bug has manifested:

command: kwin_x11 --replace

Error output when a window is moved/resized:

kwin_core: Activation, compared: 'ID: 33554479 ;WMCLASS:
"cssh" : "cssh" ;Caption: "CSSH [0]" ' : 9830018 : 9830164 : false
