This is how to reproduce it:
1. Take a screen shot
2. Open Krita
3. New > screen size
4. Paste screen shot (ctrl v) > as monitor
5. Crop an area of the image using the crop tool <- this is the step that
causes the issue somehow...
6. Leaving the other canvas open, new > screen size
7. Paste the screen shot > as monitor
8. Try using the crop tool, transform tool, select tool etc... Theyre
unresponsive and broken

Windows 10 (happened on windows 8 also). AMD GPU

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Using the move tool, transform tools, crop etc becomes buggy and
unresponsive...

Expected Results:  
It should work the same as when there is a single document open :)

Default krita install, has happened for the past few versions.
Ive messed with diabling ogl, and the texture buffer, with no change...
