Trying to open the "Special Application Settings" or "Special Window Settings"
by right-clicking the window titlebar and going to the "More Actions" submenu
crashes kdeinit5

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any window
2. Right-click the titlebar
3. Select More Action -> Special Application Settings (or Special Window
Setting)

Actual Results:  
The newly-launched process crashes immediately. Can be reproduced every time.


This crash can be reproduced every time with KDE Frameworks 5.9.0 and Plasma
5.3.0


Application: kdeinit5 (kdeinit5), signal: Segmentation fault
