Here is what I get following all three:

Disabling the File Indexer
$ ps ax | grep aloo
 2972 ?        SN     0:00 /usr/bin/akonadi_baloo_indexer --identifier
akonadi_baloo_indexer

> 2. System Settings -> File Search -> Disable
[done]
$ ps ax | grep aloo
 2972 ?        SN     0:00 /usr/bin/akonadi_baloo_indexer --identifier
akonadi_baloo_indexer

> 3. Edit the ~/.local/baloofilerc file manually
$ cat /home/myhome/.kde/share/config/baloofilerc | grep Enabled
Indexing-Enabled=false
$ ps ax | grep aloo
 2972 ?        SN     0:00 /usr/bin/akonadi_baloo_indexer --identifier
akonadi_baloo_indexer

> I cannot make it simpler.

$ ps ax | grep aloo
 2972 ?        SN     0:00 /usr/bin/akonadi_baloo_indexer --identifier
akonadi_baloo_indexer
$ kill 2972
$ ps ax | grep aloo
11113 ?        SN     0:00 /usr/bin/akonadi_baloo_indexer --identifier
akonadi_baloo_indexer

How to kill this bug? ;-)
