Hey, I can confirm this bug.
It happens a lot on my system, especially when using Google Chrome, browser
window content freezes or sometime just lags. Minimizing/Maximizing seems to
work as a temporary workaround.

Trick with KWIN_USE_BUFFER_AGE=0 doesn't help.

Basic system info:
I'm using __GL_YIELD="USLEEP" to fix tearing.
Fedora 21, kwin 5.2.2, breeze decoration.
Nvidia 340.76
