I have made some investigation insped my /etc/apt/sources.list.d and found that
there is a bunch of different kubuntu-ppa's (next, backports, ubuntu-next ans
so on). So I deciedeto upgrade to vivid (15.04).

After upgrade the issue dissapeared. I guess this was some packaging problem,
so I am closing this report. Feel free to reopen in case of more investigation
and fixing is required.
