No menu items are displayed for Plugins.
installed versions are:
local/kipi-plugins 4.7.0-1
    A collection of plugins extending the KDE graphics and image applications
as digiKam
local/libkipi 14.12.2-1
    An interface to use kipi-plugins from a KDE application
local/gwenview 14.12.2-1 (kde kdegraphics)
    A fast and easy to use image viewer for KDE


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Gwenview
2. Click on Plugins in the menubar
3. Wish they were still there

Actual Results:  
No plugin menu items displayed

Expected Results:  
List of plugin menu items available for selection.

My installation is up to date. Am using KDE 5/Plasma
