Try a clean rebuild of KDevelop. There are some quirks with incremental
building when it comes to the JSON plugin metadata. That might be the issue.
Please try that first.

Regarding kdebugdialog5 -- unfortunately that's useless for KF5 apps. You can
control output with QT_LOGGING_RULES, though
