As can be seen from the web page in the snapshot, the true temperature is -9 (actually, -9.1). The applet is failing to show both the decimal point and the minus sign. This is very problematic on mild winter days. When the applet shows, for example, 12, is it +12 degrees, -1.2 degrees, or -12 degrees?
