so tell the admin to configure Plasma's screen locker correctly - we have a
KIOSK framework to globally configure it.

What would we check for? xss? Gnome? cinnamon? lxde's? That's getting a little
bit ridiculous.

This won't take time to discuss at all. As that's the final maintainer
decision. There won't be a config interface for other screen locker
implementations.
