I just attached a png of gnuplot. This might be overdone, or not helpful, but
I find it interesting.
I am tracking RSS of plasma-desktop process and the X process. This is in
Fedora 20. I went to lunch + had a meeting from 13:00-14:30 and locked my
desktop. It appears that the memory stopped growing during that time. When I
came back, the memory started shooting up again. I am gathering at a 5 minute
interval (cron). I will continue to watch it, I find it interesting.
To me, it looks like it's growing at 200MB an hour on my system. X seems to be
flat, not growing at all.
If there is interest I will share my cron script and gnuplot script.
