Does removing yaWP help? Try using kdeplasma-addons' weather applet instead and
see if the memory usage gets better. Some unofficial plasma applets often cause
issues.

Another thing to try is check if Xorg memory usage is increasing. If that is
increasing, it could mean some pixmaps are being cached, and re-cached instead
of being read from memory.
