In fact, reviewboard was never snappy for me when doing things manually, but
now it's exceedingly slow. Could that be related somehow? I don't know what
happens "below" kdevelop when you hit that upload button, but between kdelibs,
KJob, QUrl etc. maybe something has changed between KDE4 and KF5 that takes
kinder to delays, timeouts etc?
