Aleksey, I suspect your issue (comment #48) is the same as bug #283379:
KDevelop simply fails to pick up the correct thread when the breakpoint is hit.
This is a known issue for which we should have a fix soon.

Since we never found a reliable reproduction sequence for this rather old bug,
and Gabriele reports that the problem disappeared with a gdb upgrade, I'm
closing this report.
