            Bug ID: 341451
Summary: will not find subdirectories with images in main
                    collection directory
           Product: digikam
           Version: 3.5.0
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Database
          Assignee: digikam-devel@kde.org
          Reporter: wg@gregorigroup.com

I have digikam pointed to my main picture directory however, it does not index
all the images in the directory. There are numerous subdirectories that the
indexing seems to ignore. If I look at the directory tree (in digikam) the
directories are visible but there are no images in the folder. Exiting digikam
I can access all the images via my nautilus file manager. I have tried forcing
a reindexing and it appears to complete successfully but still no images.
thanks

Reproducible: Always
