Thanks for your bug report.
Looking at the code of version 4.5, I could not see any obvious problem. The
stack trace looks like you are using the autostacking/File version detection
feature. Is that right?

If so, could you provide the relevant parts of your kphotoalbumrc file? You can
get the FileVersionDetection settings using this command:

> sed -n '/FileVersionDetection/,/^$/ p' ~/.kde/share/config/kphotoalbumrc

If possible, it would also be valuable information to know the filename of the
new image that causes the crash.
