Proposed solution: use QPrinter(QPrinter::HighResolution)

QPrinter(QPrinter::HighResolution) can be used BUT more work is needed:
QPrinter::resolution() is affected by the PrinterMode but resolution() isn't
currently used for drawing of the pages.
