Showing About dialogs in Desktop mode needs to be adapted to the plugin system
in some way.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ensure Desktop mode
2. Select "Help" > "About Calligra Gemini"


Actual Results:  
About dialog of the currently active part

Expected Results:  
About dialog of Calligra Gemini

Perhaps there could be a separate entry in the Help menu about the active part
as well.
