Having tried to add the desktop switching widget another time I have not
experienced an entire crash of plasma-desktop. However the widget was not added
though some free space for it stays allocated in the panel which does no more
react on clicks (Before that some Ubuntu crash reporting facility said 'not
enough memory to handle that bug').
