The build from tarball fails. I downloaded the tarball, unpacked, then
"./configure" and "sudo make install". The problem was corrected by doing:
cd /usr/include
ln -s linux/a.out.h .
Users should definitely not need to figure this out or do any such thing. Here
is the error:
