Hello.
I just press CapsLock that's how. Layout switch through CapsLock is configured
via X settings. I didn't touch KDE settings regarding layouts at all.
Here is how my keyboard is configured in X:
Section "InputClass"
Identifier "Keyboard catch"
Driver "evdev"
MatchIsKeyboard "on"
Option "XkbLayout" "us,ru"
Option "XkbVariant" ",winkeys"
Option "XkbOptions" "grp:caps_toggle,grp_led:caps"
