Tooltip thumbnail spacing

The window thumbnail in tooltips is missing whitespace on top.
This is especially visible when the aspect ratio of a window is
"portrait"-like.

See the attached screenshot for an example.

The whitespace on top should be the same as the whitespace on bottom to prevent
the feeling of the thumbnail not being centered.
