Thanks, but there are no backtraces in the attachments.

While Dolphin is being slow, please press Ctrl+Z in the gdb window, then enter
"thread apply all backtrace", press Enter repeatedly until there is no further
output, and attach the full output here.

Does that mean "KWrite/Kate are fast when opening" or "fast when opening the
file dialog"? I meant the latter.
